March Monthly Meeting (RVA)

Our speakers this month are Morna Ellis and Hilda Roundtree of Commonwealth Mediation Group (CMG).  The topic is Facilitation of Difficult Conversations and Decision-making.  As we or our family members age, decisions often need to be made about where to live, how long it is appropriate to continue to drive, how should our financial affairs be managed and what kind of medical care or caregiving is appropriate.  These are tough emotional decisions often requiring difficult conversations within the family.  Mediation can help families who have difficulty talking openly and calmly with one another about these issues.
