Title: Helping You Understand your HRA

Background:  Lisa Brady is a Client Service Manager with Willis Towers Watson’s Individual Marketplace. Lisa serves as the primary point of contact for assigned client contacts, including senior level human resource managers and C-level executives, to ensure their needs are addressed in a thorough and timely manner.

IMPORTANT: This is a video conference only.  This conference will be hosted by Via Benefits using GoTo Webinar.  Microsoft Teams will NOT be used for this meeting.  After you register with Retiree Connection, you will receive a confirmation email.  In that confirmation email will be a link for you to sign-up for the Via Benefits GoTo Webinar meeting.  It is important you register through Via Benefits GoTo Webinar, as that will be the method for you to receive a link to join the Webinar on November 18th.

Notes:

• Start time is one hour later than our usual start time, 12:00 PM vs 11:00 AM. 
• You must register for the event on-line. Registration deadline is Thursday November 13th.  
• Questions for Lisa Brady can be entered into a field provided when you register on the VIA system.  Just enter "none" or leave the field blank if you don't have a question.  
• There will be an open online Question & Answer period immediately after the presentation, so you will have an opportunity to type in your questions and receive answers from Via Benefits personnel on the day of the Webinar. 
• Do not include any personal or medical information in your questions as Via Benefits is not allowed to answer personal questions due to HIPAA regulations. 
• Only members who have paid their 2025 dues are eligible to participate.
