To accommodate our members, we hold our monthly meetings in a variety of formats including:
Most meetings are at 11:00 am on the 4th Tuesday of the month. For in-person meetings, you can arrive beginning at 10:00 am for refreshments & fellowship!
You must register for monthly meetings (both virtual and in-person) on our website. Only those registered will receive a link to join online meetings and be put on the Security list to attend in-person meetings at Altria facilities. Please register on the website (preferred), or email us at RetireesConnection@gmail.com no later than the end of the day on the Thursday before our Tuesday meeting. Most meetings are limited to paid members and their guests. See the New Member Application link in the top navigation bar.
When attending meetings at an Altria facility, please give Security your name at the gate and show a photo ID such as a driver's license. You can use your Retirees' Association picture badge as a name badge for meetings.
Meeting Drawings at in-person meetings
There are two regular $25 drawings and sometimes a surprise drawing or two - free ticket for everyone attending!
Optional 50/50 Raffle - For those that enjoy the fun of raffles, we offer an optional cash raffle - 1 ticket $5/ 3 tickets $10. The proceeds are split between one or two raffle winners and the Retirees Association.
