Sept Meeting/New Member Reception & Wine Tasting

Greg Ray, Senior Vice President, Smokeable Manufacturing will present the “State of the Business” at 3:30 p.m. at the Manufacturing Center, followed by a New Member Reception that includes wine (featuring our St. Michelle Wine Estates), cheese and hors d’oeuvres.

 (REGISTRATION REQUIRED by 9/15)

The cost for this event is $5 for members.  Guests may be registered for a cost of $15.  Since this is a Reception for New 2017 Members, those New Members that attend the Meeting and Reception will receive a $5 credit to offset the cost of this event. This credit can be applied to the Christmas Luncheon fee or your 2018 annual dues.

Parking: Enter the MC through the front Lobby. Parking will be in Lot 5 in front of the greenhouses.  A shuttle will be available between the parking lot and the front entrance to the MC. The shuttle will also be available after the meeting to return you to the parking lot.

There are 4 options for retirees registering for this event. You may pay for the event online or by check.  Checks should be made payable to PMARA and mailed to our Treasurer, Charlie Krausse.  His address is 7103 Winding Creek Lane, Chesterfield, VA 23832.

1) If you are a former member registered on the website, but have NOT paid 2017 dues:

• You must pay your dues for 2017. This can be done by logging in and paying online, or...
• Make out a check to PMARA for $20.00 and mail it to our Treasurer, Charlie Krausse.  His address is 7103 Winding Creek Lane, Chesterfield, VA 23832. When sending your check, please clearly print your name, address, email, and phone number and include with your check.  
• Once your dues check is received, you will be able to log into the website and register/pay for the event.

2) If you are a retiree, and have never registered on the website:

• You must register on the website. Click on the JOIN>New Member Application link in the top navigation bar and complete the application.  Information you enter is only visible to other paid members.  AND...
• You must pay your 2017 dues. This can be done by logging in and paying online, or...

• You must log into the website to register and pay for the event.
• Should you decide to pay by check rather than online, please mail a check payable to PMARA to our Treasurer.

4) If you are a current paid member never registered on our website:

• You must register on our website. Click on the JOIN tab and go to the New Member Application link in the top navigation bar to complete the application.  Information you enter is only visible to other paid members.
• Once you receive the email stating your registration has been accepted, you will be able to log into the website to register and pay for the event.
