Topic: 2020 Benefits Update The Benefits Department will present the 2020 health plan overview, the annual enrollment process, and available tools and resources. All retirees should have received all of the Annual Enrollment communications prior to this meeting. Anna Shackelford, Altria Manager Health Care Plans, will introduce Cassandra and the role she has within the team. There will be an opportunity to ask general questions during the meeting. Benefits and Cigna will be available after the meeting to answer more specific questions. You don’t want to miss this.
Notes: Please feel free to invite a retiree friend who hasn’t attended a meeting in a while or has never attended. They will need a government issued picture ID to obtain entry to the property. If they arrive in your car, they do not need to be on the Security List, but if they are driving separately, please ask them to sign up on the website or send us an email at www.retireesconnection.org no later than noon on the Thursday before the meeting to be added to the Security List.
Doors to the cafeteria open at 10:00 a.m. for fellowship and light refreshments. The meeting starts promptly at 11:00 a.m.
