October 2020 Monthly Meeting

Notes: This is a video conference using Cisco Webex.  Requirements:

• A computer or tablet with an internet connection or smart phone is required.  If you cannot connect through the internet, a regular telephone can be used for an audio-only connections.
• You must check your web site profile and make sure your email is present and correct.
• You must register for the event on-line. Registration deadline is Thursday, October 22th.
• You will receive an invitation for the event from Carole Hengle (ALCS).  You can accept the invitation.  It should then be available on your calendar.
• A day or two before the meeting you will receive a reminder.  In the reminder will be links to helpful videos on how to start your session, general information about video conferencing, and what you must do during the conference.
• In order to introduce more retirees to online meetings, we are making this meeting available to retirees without requiring that they have paid 2020 dues.  You do need to register for the meeting to participate but no dues payment is required.  If you do pay your dues this late in the year, since there is no Christmas Luncheon to get a reduced rate as a member, your dues for 2021 will be considered as paid.

The video conference will be started approximately 15 minutes before the meeting start time.
